The aim of this study is to determine the level of attitudes of students studying individual instrument qanun at universities towards making taksims and whether their attitude levels differ in terms of “Gender, Age, Graduated School and Academic Grade Point Average” variables. Since it was aimed to examine the relationship between the attitudes of the students receiving Individual Instrument Qanun Education and the variables of gender, age, graduated school and academic average, the relational screening model was preferred in the study. The sample of the study consists of 44 individual instrument qanun students studying at selected universities in the 2024-2025 academic year. In order to collect data, the “Attitude Scale towards Taksim Making” developed by Çalhan (2020) was used. Frequency, percentage, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, Kruskal Wallis H and Mann Whitney U test were used to analyze the data. A a result of the research, when the attitudes of the students towards making takssim were examined, it was concluded that the dimensions of enjoyment of taksim and educational contribution of taksim were high, but the anxiety dimension related to taksim was at a medium level. While there was no difference in general and sub-dimensions according to the variables of graduated school and academic average, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in the overall and anxiety dimensions in favor of male students according to the gender variable and in favor of students aged 23 and above according to the age variable. When the results of the attitude levels of law students towards taksim are analyzed, it is recommended that educators should start taksim training early and practice it intensively.
