The Region of Lycaonia, which today lies within the borders of Konya Province, is known from ancient sources, with its history traceable back to 372-371 BC. Steles made from local limestone are identified that were used in open areas of various settlements or repurposed as secondary building materials in different structures. The unearthed steles have been categorized under two main groups: those with pediments and those without. The ones with pediments have been further subdivided into two subgroups based on their picture panels: Multi-Panelled, Single-Panelled. Without pediments have been classified into three subgroups according to the shape of their panels: Vertical, Horizontal Rectangular and square. It has been observed that steles with pediments and steles featuring multiple panels are fewer compared to other groups. The number of steles with pediments and steles with a single panel is higher than those in the first group. In this study, a detailed description of one stele from each group has been provided. The figures and motifs depicted on them have been analysed iconographically, and translations have been included for those featuring inscriptions.
