Technology is a rapidly advancing phenomenon today, and these advances affect many different areas of human life. Education and training process is also affected by these technological advances. In this process, the competences and skills required for integrating technology into education have an important place. Digital literacy and artificial intelligence literacy are among the digital competences that have emerged in recent years. In this study, the relationship between digital literacy and artificial intelligence literacy and the role of attitude towards information and communication technologies in this relationship were examined. According to the findings, it was determined that there is a positive relationship between digital literacy and attitude towards information and communication technologies and between artificial intelligence literacy and attitude towards information and communication technologies. In addition, it was statistically confirmed that attitude towards information and communication technologies plays a mediating role in the relationship between digital literacy and artificial intelligence literacy.
