The aim of the research, which is a qualitative case study, is to determine the current situation of teaching zeybek plectrum technique in baglama lessons conducted in fine arts high schools in Turkey through teachers' opinions. For this purpose, structured interviews consisting of 6 questions were conducted with 10 teachers who teach baglama lessons in different fine arts high schools and who agreed to be interviewed. At this point, data were collected through an interview form about the observations and opinions of the teachers in the study group regarding the training of zeybek plectrum technique such as the use of resources, the use of exercises and etudes, and the problems they encountered in the process. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis method and expressed in tables containing percentage and frequency values. Based on the research findings, discussion, conclusions and recommendations are given.
