Özet

Sibling tribes with a common history can produce narratives containing the same cultural codes, belief values and motifs independently of each other in different geographies of the world. This study argues that the common cultural structure creates similar narratives. It will analyze the common episodic and motif structure in three different narratives of the same culture, Turkish culture, belonging to two Turkish tribes. The first of these narratives is the epic "Muňluk and Zarlık", which belongs to Kyrgyz Turks and is woven with archaic elements. The others are the fairy tales "Çember Has Güzel" and "Üç Bacı", both of which belong to the Turks of Turkey and also include the mythological belief values of Turks. These narratives, produced in different geographies, are remarkable in that they treat the elements in the mythological belief system and social life of Turks with similar or even the same fiction. This article will be one of the contribution on comparative literature of Turkic world with its diversity of examples in this fields.
