MUHAMMED SÂDIK KÂŞGARÎ’NİN “ĀDĀBÜ’Ś-ŚĀLİĤĮN” ADLI ESERİNDE BELİRTEÇLERLE FİİLLERİN EŞ DİZİMLİLİK İLKESİNE GÖRE İNCELENMESİ

Özet

Muhammed Sādıq KāshgarĮ, one of the prominent figures of late Chagatai literature, produced works in history, religion, ethics, biography, poetry, and translation. He studied Persian, mathematics, literature, history, and geography at Madrasa-i Hāmidiye in Kāshgar’s Döletbag village, later teaching at the Kāshgar Khanate Madrasa and serving as chief qadi of the Kāshgar Sharia Court. His work Ādābü’ś-Śāliĥįn, a seven-chapter treatise on etiquette, survives in two editions -published by the Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences and in Istanbul- the latter remaining unexamined in academic research. Verbs, a central subject of Turkish grammar since historical periods, are particularly significant in this work, which provides rich material for linguistic studies. Collocation, a linguistic concept that analyzes the relationships between words through various approaches, forms the methodological framework of this study. Accordingly, the research introduces Muhammed Sādıq KāshgarĮ’s Ādābü’ś-Śāliĥįn and evaluates the use of adverbs with verbs in the text through the principle of collocation.
