SPOR EĞİTİMİ TEMASINDA YAZILMIŞ OLAN LİSANSÜSTÜ TEZLERİN YÖNTEMBİLİM AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Özet

In this study, postgraduate theses written on the theme of sports education were examined in terms of various variables (date, level, university, language, main audience, research method/design/technique, data collection tool and data analysis). The data source of this study, in which the document analysis method was used, consists of 86 postgraduate theses reached in the scanning activity conducted with the concept of “Sports Education” at the National Thesis Center. Content analysis was applied to the obtained data. As a result of the study, it was determined that thesis studies conducted on sports education have increased in recent years, theses are often at the master's level, theses are mostly written in Turkish, the main audience often consists of university students/academicians and quantitative designs are frequently preferred. In addition, it was concluded that difference tests are frequently used in quantitative theses and content analysis is used in qualitative theses.
