Abstract
Sâdık Vicdânî, özellikle dinî ve tasavvufî camiada tanınan, bu alanda önemli başvuru eserleri kaleme almış önemli simalarından birisidir. Osmanlı Devleti’nin son ve cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarındaki ciddi sosyal çalkantılar içinde çok tartışılan tekke ve tasavvuf kavramlarını, münakaşalara dâhil olmadan topluma sunmuş ve onları aydınlatmaya çalışmıştır. Bunun yanında klasik şiir anlayışını devam ettirmiş, aynı muhteva çerçevesinde divan şiiri nazım şekilleri ile pek çok şiir kaleme almış ve eser neşretmiştir. Bu çalışmada Sâdık Vicdânî hakkında genel bilgiler verildikten sonra müseddes nazım şekliyle kaleme alınan Parasız risalesi tetkik edilmiştir. Şiir muhteva, dil ve üslup bakımından incelenmiş, eserin tam metni Latin harflerine aktarılarak okuyucuya sunulmuştur. Böylece Sâdık Vicdânî’nin sadece önemli bir tasavvufî şahsiyet değil, aynı zamanda divan şiiri geleneğinin bir uzantısı olarak bu tarzda eserler veren başarılı bir şair olduğu da gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Özet
Sadık Vicdani is one of the important figures who is especially well known in religious and sufi circles and who has written important reference texts in these fields. He has presented to the public the concepts of lodge and sufism which were widely discussed during the final period of the Ottoman Empire and the first years of the Republic without being involved in any disputes thereby trying to enlighten them. In addition, he has continued the classical poetry understanding and has written or published many poems and works related with verse style in Ottoman poetry within the framework of the same content. In this study, general information on Sadık Vicdani was provided after which the Parasız pamphlet written in the müseddes style was examined. The poem was examined in terms of content, language and style and the full text of the work was transcribed in Latin characters to be presented to the readers. Thus, it was tried to put forth that Sadık Vicdani is not only an important sufi but also a successful poem who writes works in this style.
