Abstract
Makalede çok kültürlü ortamda üniversite öğrencilerinin eğitim ve sosyalleşme problemleri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma, Kırgızistan - Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi’ndeki eğitim süreci örneğinde yapılmıştır. Eğitim sahasının genişlemesi ve küreselleşmenin etkisiyle öğretmen ve öğrencilerin eğitim sürecinde etno-kültürel ve ahlaki etkileşim özellikleri açıklanmıştır.

Özet
The article deals with the problems of education and socialization of students in a cross-cultural environment. The study is based on the example of the organization of educational process in the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. Given the expansion of educational space in the context of globalization describes the peculiarities of ethno-cultural and moral interaction of teachers and students in the educational process.
