KAZAK TÜRKÇESİNDE AİLE BİREYLERİ İLE İLGİLİ ATASÖZLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ÇALIŞMA
Özet
Throughout the history, Turkish Societies have given a importance to family so as to have it lived as a corporate element because the ‘family’ concept have a particular significance in Turkish culture. Inarguably, this circumstance has arisen from Turk’s national and cultural ethos. Order, dependence on family, honor and pride concepts, conservation and holiness of family, organism based on centuries and traditional accumulation transformed throughout the generations, which are observed in family structure, have been reflected to proverbs.
Proverbs as a product of oral culture and having been formed to live life truthfully have the semantic features such as instructing and guidance. The issue of ‘family’ is also related to semantic value of proverbs. The ‘family’ matter throughout the proverbs in Kazak language were handled in this paper, and additionally; proverbs in Turkish culture, proverb concepts in both Turkey Turkish and Kazak Turkish languages, terming proverbs from history to modern day, family in Kazak Turks and family members in Kazak Turks have been analyzed semantically.
