GÖLGE EĞİTİM: DESTEKLEME VE YETİŞTİRME KURSLARINA YÖNELİK BİR DURUM ÇALIŞMASI

Özet

This research is a qualitative study aiming to determine the views of the stakeholders regarding the implementation of the Support and Training Courses (STC). The research was carried out with the participation of an assistant principal responsible for STC, four teachers and 22 students in an Anatolian high school in a province in the Aegean Region. In this case study, stakeholder experiences, opinions and suggestions for STC were collected through interviews and observations. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. As a result, stakeholders generally found the STC to be beneficial, efficient and effective as long as they were regularly conducted. In addition, it was specified that the course hours should be increased narrative and question bank books should be provided, the regular trial exams should be organized.
