Known for his researches on the usage and development of Kazakh Language, first Kazakh professor, linguist Prof. Dr. Kudaybergen Jubanulı left important researches on Turcology. The author’s work complied and published in 2013 under the title Ḳazaḳ Til Biliminiñ Meseleleri. This article is prepared with intention to introduce Kudaybergen Jubanulı’s name to Turkey. Important information about the author’s life and work are depicted in this article.
