Dialects that is very important for languages in terms of containing the oldest features and forgotten vocabulary items have formed basis for many researches about language. Eskişehir is a province where many ethnic groups live together. In this study, dialect features of Balkan immigrants who immigrated to Eskişehir at different dates were searched. Some collations were made from the settlements Balkan immigrants from Bulgaria, Greece and Romania were living. These collations were made within the scope of the TÜBİTAK project named “The Language Atlas of Eskişehir” and numbered 112K405 and all Balkan immigrant settlements were determined with this project. The texts will be used at this study were taken from the master thesis named “Balkan Immigrant Dialects of Eskişehir” prepared within the scope of the project mentioned above. Determinations about phonological, morphonological and vocabulary features of immigrant dialects have found by these texts.
