TÜRK DÜNYASINDA İLETİŞİM VE HABERLEŞMEDE A PRİORİ FORMLAR

Özet

Interpersonal communication is defined as a priori communication as a discipline. Besides communal and technological developments, it focuses on organizational, social and mass communication dimensions. In this article, there is an expansion on the ways and means of communication in these four dimensions. In fact, apart from these dimensions, human being attempts to understand nature in its journey of discovery, to understand what kind of a system it is in, considered as a priori communication. And it was examined communicatively in the context of the place and environment where the human is. In order to provide a different contribution to the field than the other previous studies and in order to present a historical profile, the study has been explored in two different categories in interpersonal communication: “communication by direction” and “communication by way”. The categories were also evaluated within the framework of the Turkic world. Both the Central Asian Turks and the Anatolian Turks structural condition and differences were examined through the descriptive technique. As a result, it is understood that the priority in communication is security in Turkic world and Turkic communities have been trying to benefit from all environmental sources in order to ensure communication against external threats and dangers.
