This movement of the Grimean Tatar İsmail Gaspraly “Terjiman” newspaper reviews were involved in the process on the hand of the Kazakh steppe. Alash figures equal to the Esat and West, who saw the value of the scientific life of İslam İsmail Gaspraly publications and services always left unattended. The method Usyl-ı Jadid is the development of Baitursynuly and other Kazakh leaders. İn the field of education they prepared text-books. The works of Gaspraly wre the main tool in this work. Baitursynuly wrote about Jadid many books, many articles were published to the newspapers and magazines and he also exchanged views with students. Gritics in the press pages are presented for the comprehensive review of this response. Carrying out the works of Baitursynuly in political direction at the beginning of the XX. century, the population studied spirituality colonized policy is shown public opinion against the government.
